Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3-5 business days.


Payment

We accept payment via credit card and PayPal. Payment is required at checkout to complete your order.

Shipping

USA

- We offer $4.99 flat rate shipping across the U.S.
- Free shipping is available for orders over $100.
- Orders typically ship within 1-3 business days, unless otherwise noted (e.g., pre-orders).
- Tracking is included. MMS is not responsible for lost or missing packages once delivered to the provided address.
- Refused, unacknowledged, or unclaimed packages are non-refundable.

Canada

- We offer DHL shipping with varying delivery times.
- A flat rate shipping fee applies to all orders.
- Tracking is included on orders. MMS is not responsible for lost or missing packages once delivered to the provided address.
- Refused, unacknowledged, or unclaimed packages are non-refundable.

- International customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and custom fees.


Returns

- All returns must be authorized by contacting info@mintedmethodshop.com and are subject to MMS's discretion.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returns for dissatisfaction must be requested within 7 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Returns for damaged items must be requested within 3 days of receiving the merchandise.
- Items must be returned in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition, with all tags intact.
- Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving the returned merchandise and will be credited back via the original payment method.
- All marked down or discounted items are final sale with no exceptions.

Taxes

- Sales tax applies to orders shipped to Washington state (WA).
- Non-WA customers in the U.S. are responsible for any applicable taxes.
- International customers are responsible for import taxes, duties, and custom fees.


Discounts

- Discount codes must be applied at checkout and cannot be applied retroactively or to previous purchases.
- All marked down items are final sale with no exceptions.
