Order Processing
Orders will be processed within 3-5 business days.
Payment
MMS accepts payment by credit card, and also accepts payment by PayPal. Payment will be made at time of checkout to complete the transaction.
Shipping
USA
For orders placed by customers in the USA, MMS offers USPS First Class and Priority Mail which typically ships within 1-3 business days. Shipping is free for US orders over $100. Tracking is included. Once the order is shipped and delivered to the address provided, MMS is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Refused, unacknowledged, and/or unclaimed packages that are not at the fault of MMS will not be refunded.
International - Canada
For orders placed by customers located in Canada, MMS offers USPS First Class and Priority Mail International which has varying shipping times. One flat rate is charged for any order. Shipping will be charged at time of purchase. Tracking is included on most orders. Promotional discounts are often available. Once the order is shipped and delivered to the address provided, MMS is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Refused, unacknowledged, and/or unclaimed packages that are not at the fault of MMS will not be refunded.
All Other International Countries
For orders placed by customers located Internationally, MMS offers USPS First Class and Priority Mail International which has varying shipping times. One flat rate is charged for any order. Once the order is shipped and delivered to the address provided, MMS is not responsible for lost or missing packages. Returns
All returns must be authorized by emailing Info@mintedmethodshop.com and are accepted at the full discretion of MMS. If return is accepted by MMS, payment for return shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. There are two main types of returns, including, returns for dissatisfaction and returns for damaged items. Return requests for dissatisfaction must be submitted within 7 days of receipt of merchandise. Return requests for damaged items must be submitted within 3 days of receipt of merchandise. All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags intact. Refund of payment will be processed within 7 days of MMS receipt of returned merchandise. Refund will be credited back using the original form of payment. All marked down or discounted items are final sale with no exceptions.
Taxes
Applicable sales tax will be applied at time of purchase to customers located in the state of Washington (WA). Non-WA, USA customers are responsible for all taxes related to purchase. International customers are responsible for all import taxes, duty, and/or custom fees for their orders.
Discounts
Discount codes must be used at time of purchase, may not be applied once an order has been submitted, cannot be applied to previous purchases, and are final sale with no exceptions. All marked down items are final sale with no exceptions.
